The current referral process is slow and difficult, with no way to track the status of referrals. This makes the waiting period very stressful. Additionally, there are no easy-to-access resources available for support during this time.
Project brief
To co-design and build an referral portal for children, parents/carers & medical professionals. The primary aim is to streamline the referral process, improve referral-to-treatment timelines and open access to resources.
SaaS model
Our SaaS model ensures easy adoption of the product through a simplified onboarding process. The portal offers custom branding, unique referral options, and flexible roles to help everyone use it smoothly.
My role
As the Project Lead for AsOneHealth, I was responsible for key decision-making and the establishment of crucial milestones. My role ensured that the entire team was aligned with the overall project objectives. The primary goal was to develop an adaptable SaaS platform where referral forms, user roles, and branding could be customized to fit regional requirements.
