Project brief
A sexual health charity dedicated to supporting young people by providing discreet and accessible sexual health services. Our goal was to develop a digital solution that enables online ordering of free STI kits, delivers results securely, and facilitates the treatment journey. This service aims to benefit over 40,000 young people by 2025.
My role
As the Lead Designer on the project, I collaborated with a senior and a junior UX designer. I conducted in-person workshops to explore desired features and held scope-refinement sessions to prevent delays and scope creep. I also delved into ID matching integrations with TDL (STI result provider) and Brook StaffHub (Brook's internal system).
